- Acquired the assets of a private stimulation services company based in Shawnee, Oklahoma

- Acquired Northline Energy Services, adding a total of 11 coiled tubing units

- Developed the Industry’s first “one-truck” fracturing crew. Operating with a three man crew, this unit consists of a blender, chemical addition unit and a pumper – all in one unit.
